Paying
Nothing is paid when you book. You pay on delivery: when your photos and videos are ready, we email you an invoice for the total in your quote, due when you receive it, and you pay it online by card. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 15% HST. Bigger homes and trips outside Greater Moncton cost more; the amount is shown in your total before you confirm.
Changing or cancelling
- Changing the time or cancelling is free.
- To cancel, use the cancel link in your booking email. To change the time, reply to that email or call 506-688-2280.
Weather
If rain or cloud makes exterior or drone shots unusable, the interior shoot goes ahead and the exterior and drone shots move to the next workable day, at no extra cost.
On the day
Someone needs to give us access at the booked time, and the property should be ready to photograph.
