Real estate photography FAQ.

Packages start at $249 for photos and drone photos. Tour is $399 and adds a 3D tour and a floor plan. Video is $599 and adds a Listing Preview and a Listing Cinematic. Premium is $799 and adds an AOC (agent on camera) video. You can also book single services, like photos for $199 or a 3D tour for $159. See all packages and prices.

Homes over 2,000 sq ft are $50 more, and homes over 3,500 sq ft are $100 more. Travel is free in Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview, and $50 anywhere else in New Brunswick. The booking page shows your full total before you confirm.

Book online at unitymedia.ca/book: enter the address, pick a package or services, choose a day and time, and confirm. Nothing is paid when you book, and your quote arrives by email right away. Rather talk to someone? Call 506-688-2280.

On delivery. Nothing is paid when you book. When your photos and videos are ready, we email you an invoice for the total in your quote, and you pay it online by card.

Yes, and it's free. To cancel, use the cancel link in your booking email. To change the time, reply to that email or call 506-688-2280.

Photos and floor plans arrive within 24 hours of the shoot, and videos within 48 hours, so you can list fast.

Yes. Every photo comes in MLS-ready size and format, ready to upload to your listing, plus web versions for social media and your website, all in one download link.

Yes, drone photos come with every package, so buyers see the property, the lot and the neighbourhood from above.

Three. A Listing Preview is a 30-second teaser ($149). A Listing Cinematic is the full walkthrough, room by room ($249). An AOC (agent on camera) video has you talk viewers through the home on camera ($300). Added to a package they are $90, $200 and $250. Watch examples.

Yes. Both come with the Tour, Video and Premium packages. On their own, a 3D tour is $159, a floor plan is $99, and both together are $229.

Yes, for $20 per room. We add furniture to empty rooms so buyers can picture living there, for a fraction of the cost of real staging.

Greater Moncton and all of New Brunswick. Shoots in Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview have no travel fee. Anywhere else in the province is $50, including Shediac, Memramcook, Salisbury, Petitcodiac, Hillsborough, Sackville, Cap-Pelé, Bouctouche, Richibucto, Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Sussex, Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis, Hampton, Fredericton, Oromocto, Woodstock, Miramichi, Bathurst, Campbellton, Edmundston, Grand Falls, Caraquet, Shippagan, Tracadie, St. Stephen and Saint Andrews.

Most shoots take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the package and the size of the home. The booking page shows the time for your shoot before you book.

Clear countertops and surfaces, put away personal items, turn on all the lights and open the blinds. For the outside shots, move cars out of the driveway. Someone needs to let us in at the booked time, or leave us a lockbox. We handle angles and lighting on site.

The inside shoot goes ahead. If rain or cloud makes the outside or drone shots unusable, we come back for them on the next workable day at no extra cost.
